Importance of Language

As we know that language means the spinal cord of human existence in the world. Mostly it means to exchange the idea to fulfill daily needs. It is a very important part of everyday life. It is used to communicate in every aspect of  life as emails, conversations, signs and symbols, without language this would not be possible. It defined, “a body of words, symbols, signs, sounds, gestures, and the systems for their use common to people who are of the same community, nation or same cultural tradition”. It is not just the way a person talks, there is a lot more than what we know. A person who is deaf does not use the oral aspect of language; he uses signs and gestures that were developed for such purpose by the linguists, is called a type of  language. Other known gestures that are not always verbally expressed and the part of a more vulgar and offensive language that most people areawise recognize such as the use of the language.
Written language is another form of non verbal communication, used for centuries. Some of the earliest uses of the written language were hieroglyphics and engravings in stone and many others. In our history,  the written language has enhanced and became the second most used way of communication in the world. Other forms of language do not think of using our sense of hearing. People have been trained in their minds to know what people in different situations are communicating whether it's a cry of pain from someone in tears, or the ‘honk!’. Each sense of language plays its own role in which that will be explained further later. Signs and Symbols are a part of our everyday life and also the part of language. It is a very broad and not fully understood word that is necessary in our everyday life. I think, this is the only way to make them understand directly or indirectly not only in one area but also in different areas. “Language is more than just a means of communication” (O’Neil). Language is used all over the world every day to transfer the emotions. Language is used in every culture, and enrooted in the regions where someone lives but that does not change how language is used and also it shows its identity and levels of family background. Language can be taken back to the beginning of time. Signs in caves, which have been found, photographed and interpreted in front of others in the surroundings. Without language, improvement would not be possible in human existence. As we get older we use every source of language. When we try to learn talking, reading, writing and driving, basically everything we learn is another form of language. “As a student you explore the cultures, communities, people and languages of the world”. In institutions, children are introduced, many languages in the world because culture, nation, and community has its own way of language and spoken in different forms. It is also possible that they may write differently, speak differently and have different means of learning; however the use of language still remains unchanged.Language is used in the workplace to communicate and used in every aspect of customers.  Language is also used in life’s rituals and customs. When you go to learn driving a car, you must use language skills to read signs to drive a car and also used when having a phone conversation, when reading a book or recipes and when you are talking to family and friends, you must need languages. Our senses play a very important role in knowing language. Our sense of sight allows us to read the written language as well as spoken language. Our sense of hearing allows us to hear the words,  one is trying to communicate and to hear the sounds around us that are also communicating what is going on in our surroundings. Our sense of touch allows us to communicate when something is hot or cold, sharp or dull; our sense of touch communicates with our brain during the most intimate touches. Our sense of taste is another form of language our body communicates with our brain. This is the crystal clear example of verbal and non verbal communication. Finally is our sense of smell. Smell is very important, one example is when there is a fire; the smell communicates with our brain, which causes a chain reaction, once our brain gets the signal from the smell, we feel emergency services and so on. Every aspect of our lives is a form of language. This is a very important part of a nation. Again, I am going to explain in another way. In the United States of America, language plays a big role in government policies and others, are given the rights of free speech which is our right to communicate verbally. We are given freedom of press which gives us the freedom to script language. We have relied on these freedoms based on the written words that have given us these rights which are exercising the written language with the way of perception. From  the beginning of the government set language guidelines for the immigrants who wished to live in this country in hopes to develop a national language and try to gather information through it. When one wished to move from this country and then they were required to learn to speak English in order to become a citizen. That's true about the USA.The national language was in full swing until the amount of immigrants. There is no national language currently set. Although English is technically the main language in the world. The USA has become such a diverse nation because there are several languages that are becoming more and more used there by the speakers. The people over USA need more and more languages to deal their business world wide because multi language speakers come there for their business purposes. Finally, language is not only the identity of the culture and country but also the way to fulfill the needs by exchanging informations and ideas. It is also fact that speakers need to know the concept of sounds of different languages used in the world. Mostly, people are using dialect not purely language, it's also important to know what is dialect? It is a type of language which is used by the people with their local tongues. So, I think, we should have wide knowledge about sounds of languages usually spoken across the world.
A universal definition of language is, “any kind of expression that is used and understood everywhere”. A universal language is essential for us in the present life. “Modern communication and the  essence transport accelerate the migrations from one continent to another”. Because of the high amount of travelling that is done worldwide, a universal language is important for us. In the  world, many companies have already developed a universal language, using logos that will be recognized everywhere easily. Finally and lastly, I think that language is our ornament that might help for our beautification. We must beautify our family, society, nation and country through the taste of language in both forms, written as well as spoken in the world. Without it, nothing could be imagined in the world during human existence. So, everyone should have this type of ornament for convenient life.
